General Information

The Westminster Public Schools Records Department is responsible for the archiving of student education records of former Westminster Public Schools students.

 

Per District policy and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) student records are only available to those who have authorization from the student or parent, guardian or responsible person if the student is under 18 years of age. If the student is 18 years of age or older, school records will not be released to a parent, guardian, or responsible person without the student’s written consent.

 

All requests for student records / information will be submitted and paid for online. Phone and fax requests will no longer be accepted.

 

CURRENT STUDENTS - To request your records, please contact your school.

 

Please Note: Included in an official high school transcript - a signed and sealed transcript, immunization record and SAT/ACT/AP scores​.

 

No same day service is available, but we can expedite transcripts for an additional fee. Please select Express Shipping on your order. Order must be submitted prior to 1 pm (MT).

 

Charges will apply when ordering student records. Please note the information below:

 

    • Please allow 3-5 business days to process student record orders.  Most orders are received within 7-10 business days.
    • Requests for information must be completed online and will be processed on normal business days Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

All requests will be checked for accuracy. Any inaccurate information may result in your record not being processed. All communication with regard to your order, payment, our progress, and the records delivery will be sent via email.

You can request a copy of your ​records​ to be emailed or faxed only in addition to an official copy of the record requested. An additional $2.00 would be assessed for this service​.​ You will need to provide an email address or fax number in the Special Instructions field on the application form.

The Following May NOT Be Requested:

Diplomas and GED Records

High School diplomas and GED records are not available from the district. 

 

The high school diploma is issued at the time of graduation and there are no copies.  The transcript serves as evidence of graduation and may be requested by clicking the “CLICK HERE if you are a FORMER STUDENT”  link above. 

 

Requests for GED records are submitted to the Colorado Department of Education at 303-866-6613
